At Sunaina Rao Label, we want you to absolutely love what you purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following terms.

1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it, with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging with the price tags still attached.
Reason for Return: Returns are accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or not as expected in terms of size, style, or fit.
b. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us at info@sunainaraolabel.com OR WhatsApp us on +91-9885403030 within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos (if applicable).
Step 2: Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Step 3: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Step 4: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
a. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a refund only on merchandise purchased at full price (without any discounts).
Discounted merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
b. Refund Processing
If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days after we have received and processed the returned item.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We do not cater any order as Cash on Delivery (COD). Under special circumstances and approval if you paid using COD, you will need to provide your bank account details so that we can process the refund directly to your account.
c. Special Refund Conditions
Order Cancellation: If your order is canceled before dispatch due to product unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your item is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit, we will issue a full refund regardless of whether the product was purchased at a discount. Video of opening the courier box is must in such cases to observe if damage took place during transit only. This video needs to be shared on email info@sunainaraolabel.com OR WhatsApp us on +91-9885403030 with a clear visual and not partial or half video.
3. Exchanges
a. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only for products that are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were shipped to you, with tags still attached.
Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size, color, or style, based on stock availability.
b. How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@sunainaraolabel.com OR WhatsApp us on +91-9885403030 within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and the exchange request.
If the requested item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or credit note (depending on your preference).
4. Online Credit Coupons
If you prefer not to request a refund, we offer digital credit coupons as an alternative. These are provided in lieu of a return or exchange, and can be used for a future purchase:
Value: Your online credit coupon will be equivalent to the value of the product being returned, excluding shipping costs.
Validity: The coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and can be used on a single purchase.
Application: To redeem the coupon, simply enter the code at checkout. The coupon can be applied to a cart value equal to or greater than the coupon’s value. If the cart value exceeds the coupon amount, the difference will be payable by you.
5. International Returns
We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders, but we are happy to assist with returns in specific cases. a. Refunds on International Orders
Refunds for international orders do not include any duties, taxes, or tariffs paid by the customer at the time of purchase or delivery.
Shipping fees for international returns are not refundable.
b. Return Process for International Orders

Video of opening the courier box is must in such cases to observe if damage took place during transit only. Step 2: We will review your case and provide you with the return instructions, including shipping details.
Step 3: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, a refund or credit will be processed.
6. Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched yet. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order as it may have already been processed or shipped.

7. Important Notes
Condition of Returned Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to mishandling, including damage caused by washing, alterations, or any form of misuse.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at the time of placing your order. Sunaina Rao Label is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
